On parents request, the following procedure should be followed for the withdrawal of a student’s name from the school.
A. Submit a written application addressed to the Principal to apply for a Transfer Certificate
B. Guidelines for obtaining a DUPLICATE LEAVING CERTIFICATE:

| If the application of withdrawal / cancellation is received after commencement of school but during 1st term | Admission & Registration Fee (100%) + Fees for entire 1st term of the academic year. | 50% of Yearly Fee for academic year, if paid Caution Deposit. |
| KINDLY NOTE: In such cases, the parents will be liable to pay fees for entire term.of the academic year, in addition to Admission & Registration Fees. | ||
