School Policy

1. Admission and Fee Policy

   EVA WORLD SCHOOL - Venus Skky City follows the below terms and conditions regarding admission and fee structure:

   • Fees once paid are non-transferable, non-adjustable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • The institution reserves the right to revise, amend, or increase the fee structure as necessary.
   • School fees must be paid in advance. Payment can be made for the entire year in a single installment or in scheduled installments as per the fee structure.
   • Non-payment of fees may result in the removal of the student’s name from the school records and rolls.

   A. Fee Defaulter Policy:

   • Failure to pay school fees by the due date will result in a late payment fine in addition to the regular fee.
   • The school will issue intimation letters for overdue fees. If payment is not received after three reminders, re-admission will be required after the final due date. Re-admission will be at the discretion of the school.

   B. Receipt Terms & Conditions:

   • Fee receipts are valid subject to the clearance of the cheque by the bank.
   • In case of cheque dishonor, an additional charge of INR 500/- will be applied.
2. Fee Defaulter:
   • If the school fee is not paid on OR before the above schedule, parents will have to bear the late payment fees fine over and above the regular fee.
   • The school will send intimation letters if the fees are overdue and after three reminders, a non payer will be required to take a re-admission after the mentioned date for the fee payment. Readmission will be at the discretion ofthe school.
3. Receipt T&C

   The receipts shall have the below terms and conditions:

   • The receiptis valid subject to clearance of the cheque by the Bank.
   • In case ofinstrument dishonour a charge of INR.500/- shall be applied.
4. Withdrawal Procedure:

   On parents request, the following procedure should be followed for the withdrawal of a student’s name from the school.

   A. Submit a written application addressed to the Principal to apply for a Transfer Certificate

   1. Applications for a Transfer Certificate must be submitted before 30th April. Though the student does not attend the school, 1st term tuition fee of the subsequent academic year will be charged for all applications received after 30th April.
   2. Transfer Certificate once issued cannot be cancelled, duplicate can be applied. In case parents want to cancel the TC it will be treated as a fresh admission subject to vacancy.
   3. The TC will be issued subject to:
      • All dues cleared.
      • Library books returned.
      • Full payment of fees and / or clearance of other dues like Transport fee etc.
   4. In case the student is rusticated under Rule 34 of the Director of Education / State Directorate Education, School Leaving Certificate will not be issued until the expiry of the period of debarment from admission to recognized school.

   B. Guidelines for obtaining a DUPLICATE LEAVING CERTIFICATE:

   1. In case a duplicate certificate is required, Parents / Guardians will need to submit a written application stating the reason for the request and mention the status of the original Certificate.
   2. Parents / Guardians are required to make an affidavit before a stipendiary Magistrate and attach the same with the application.
   3. A certified copy will be issued by the School Principal.
   4. INR. 150/- will be charged for the same.
5. Library:
   • If the book is not returned within the specified time, a fine of INR. 15/- for the first week will be charged.
   • If the students lose any book they need to either replace the book OR pay for it.
6. Transportation:
   • Bus service, once granted, cannot be discontinued at any time other than the beginning of the new term i.e. from April or October. For this, it is compulsory for the parent to submit a written request in advance.
   • Transportation fee once accepted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
   • Even if the bus service for the student is withdrawn in the middle of the term FULL Term FEES WILL BE CHARGED.
   • FULL FEES both ways will be charged even if the students are travelling ONE WAY only.
   • Kindly note that If the Transport fee is not paid on OR before the above schedule, parents will have to bear the late payment fees fine over and above the regular fee.
7. Field Trip Indemnity Formalities

   EVA WORLD SCHOOL - Venus Skky City takes the safety of its learners extremely seriously. This extends to all excursions and field trips. While the use of a consent form does not absolve the school and its teachers from liability due to negligence, it is evidence of care and parent awareness to have forms completed, returned to the school, and retained on file.

   • Before any student can leave the school campus for any trip or visit, his/her parents/guardians must first complete a school indemnity form.
   • The Indemnity Form is important as it provides emergency contact details and any medical conditions affecting the student, if needed.
   • The Indemnity Form, if signed, gives consent for the child to participate in all school excursions and trips for the entire academic year.
   • Every subsequent field trip, picnic, or visit will require a separate consent form for that outing. Parents can opt out of a particular excursion by sending a written note to the Class Teacher.
   • Every care will be taken to ensure the safety of students on any school outing.
   • Students who have not completed the Indemnity Form will not be allowed to participate in any field trip or school excursion.
8. First Aid Plans for Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Diabetes, and Epilepsy

   Parents are required to indicate on the attached Medical Record form if their child suffers from any of these conditions. For students who are known sufferers of asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, or epilepsy, Emergency Treatment Plans must be submitted, signed by the parents/guardian and the student's doctor, and provided to the school.

9. Policy on Promotional Media Content

   EVA WORLD SCHOOL - Venus Skky City may use photographs and videos of students for educational or promotional purposes. These materials may be featured on various media platforms, including the school website, social media pages, and other official publications.

   • All media content will be used responsibly to showcase school activities, achievements, and events while ensuring student privacy and safety.
   • Parents/Guardians who wish to opt out of their child's participation in promotional media must submit a written request to the school administration.
   • No compensation or rewards will be provided for the use of student images or videos.

• The refund will be that of the actual fees paid for that child and not on the payable fees.
• Fees once paid are refundable as per the above school policies but are not transferable.
• Admission fee and Registration fee once paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever.
• The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund. The School reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time.
• After commencement of the academic year, whether a learner joins classes or not, and/or withdraws admission or leaves the school before the end of that academic term for any reasons whatsoever, under no circumstances will the Academic Fees and other charges/fees paid for CASP and ancillary services to the school be refunded.
• The LC/TC/BC will not be issued unless all the dues are cleared.
• All withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted by the parents in writing addressed to the Principal, in person.
• The Principal shall acknowledge the receipt of the same.
• Telephone or verbal messages to teachers/staff are NOT acceptable.
• No interest is paid on refund of any fees.
